🌎 How expatriation still matter !

👉 Although the last 2 years (Covid) made us reflect, even hesitate on the real value of sending physically employees abroad vs developing hybrid alternatives, it appears (cf this research) that leadership still requires presence !

👉 Indeed, looking back now, leading virtually does not always appear to be optimal for the following factors (cf this research):

✅ the speed of learning,
✅ the dynamics of teams,
✅ the ability to build real networks and rapport
✅ the transfer of culture are all believed to rely on physical presence.

💡As always, experiencing (ie expatriation) remains the most valuable transformational learning process 💡
