💡And an expatriation is a transition!

👉An expatriation (in any form) is about being clear first on the purpose, the intention: what do I/we, want, with this life changing experience?
Whether on a professional and/or on a personal level, both are mixed anyway.., this self reflection should be the first !

👉 If this is not clear from the start and the discussion has not been done at work beforehand ….there could be a chance that success is at high risk !!
