There are still so many untapped source of great talents, among others, expat following partners – a lot of organizations could benefit from their own expat following partner talent pool ….:

Highly skilled and quite experienced already (have changed jobs a few times already, probably..)
Efficient learners: had to start from scratch also probably a few times..
Have learned already local languages (had to..)
Highly resilient, flexible and adaptive

And last but not least……very motivated to also continue a career abroad !!
