A tailor-made approach
Having the ability to mindfully learn, at any time, any age in life, is the key to a successful and rewarding international career path or life abroad. This is what has always driven my life, career choices, changes and took me from a typical top executive to someone achieving her personal goal of becoming doctor in Management Sciences specialized in international HR topics, working on passionating fields such as the role of experiential learning as a key to succeed and adjusting when working and living abroad.
I have been living for more than 18 years abroad in 6 countries which gave me the chance to experience almost all the aspects of an expatriation: from living abroad as a child, studying abroad, working as an executive in various areas, volunteering abroad, being an entrepreneur, starting a company abroad and last but not least, raising two kids abroad.
After many challenges, I decided to help others in their international journeys by sharing these insightful experiences through lecturing, consulting and/or coaching.
What I have learned from all these experiences is that each expatriation is unique and so should the consulting-coaching services be, tailored to the very specific international context, needs and objectives from individuals or companies.
Companies still need to improve their support and follow ups of top executives working abroad in order to boost and sustain their expat performance and capitalizing on the expat competences, not forgetting the most decisive element: the adjustment of the following partner and family members.
